Secrets of the Super Models – How Many Of These Questions Can You Answer?

The other names on the list above are just as well-known in fitness circles.  In fact, you may remember Tony Horton from my previous post, Raising the Bar. Even if you are fit, you might want to read it, because it contains Tony’s super easy recipe for making your own granola bars.  The post also mentions the Institute for Healthy Lifestyle Habits run by Personal Performance Expert, Nina Leavins. Nina Leavins is a fitness expert who promotes herself as a leading authority on weight loss for diabetics and you can find out more about her here.

When it comes down to it, one exercise regimen may be just as good as another, if you commit yourself and do it correctly and consistently.
