Where is the rain
We know water is precious
But we let it go down the
drain
We don’t think about tomorrow
We pay lip service to truth
We acquire and repudiate
We are ‘enlightened but
myopic
Our ideologies are flavor of
the season
And then we will lament
We’ve had no rain
It’s climate change
The sand miners stole the
rivers
And we are never to blame
That actually, every day is Earth Day. Once a year, just doesn't cut it.
